What is consulting?

Consultants offer advice and expertise to client organizations to help them improve their business performance. Whether it's in management, technology, finance, or a myriad of other fields, consulting involves a collaborative effort, where consultants work closely with clients to devise practical, data-driven solutions that drive growth, enhance efficiency, and foster innovation.
